HAMPTON INN – Exhibitor Attendees

A charming Jekyll Island hotel set among the area's beautiful oak trees and just steps from the ocean.

Admire the maritime forest and protected sand dunes from this newly renovated hotel which sits is in very close proximity to the Westin Jekyll Island and the Jekyll Island Convention Center.

It is 1 mile from the Jekyll Island Convention Center and Westin, where exhibiting activities, meetings and meals will be taking place. Due to size limitations, the Westin will only accommodate credit union attendees.

There will be plenty of free parking in front of the convention center. For your convenience, there will also be a Hampton Inn and Suites shuttle service available throughout your stay!

The room block will close on April 12, 2019, so make your reservations today! When calling Hampton Inn Reservations at 800-426-7866, please refer to GA Credit Union League to obtain the group rate. To avoid a cancellation of the first night’s room and tax; notification must be received 72 hours in advance.


All exhibitor registrations will be processed online. The exhibitor registration fee is $2,100 through March 15th. Thereafter, the fee will increase to $2,200 and includes the following:

  • 8' High Back Wall
  • 3' High Side Drape
  • (1) 36"x42" SoHo Table - Black
  • (2) Black Diamond Stools
  • (1) Wastebasket
  • 7"x44" One-Line ID Sign
  • 2 Representatives (Additional representatives are $225 per person with a max of 4 representatives per booth)

Additional booth equipment can be ordered/purchased from Freeman Decorating Company. Once you have registered, please view the Exhibitor's Online Service Manual or you may click here for a printable version.

Once your online registration has been submitted and approved by GCUS, we will send a confirmation to your company’s listed contact via email. We must receive all materials no later than Friday, March 15th for your company to be included in any print materials.

Upon on-site registration, exhibitors earn access to all convention events (except for Tuesday’s business meetings) throughout the four-day event. We encourage you to take advantage of all activities to network with credit union professionals and volunteers. Booths are assigned at the sole discretion of Georgia Credit Union Affiliates. A current list of registered credit union attendees will be emailed to all exhibitor registrants after Friday, April 12th and an updated list will be available online at the convention.
